Sounds like the motor backing out. Typically on the gear box there's a set screw to position the motor to interface with the rest of the gears. Update bump on the situation, on a fully charged battery here is the response from both guns. SCAR: It makes a noise which is most comparable to something spinning against something that doesn't move, like if you had two gears and one was trying to move the other but the other wouldn't move, like a clicking when the teeth go by each other.
